The above figure shows the structural diagram of the main shaft components of the vertical numerical control machining center.
It consists of the main shaft, the automatic clamping and loosening mechanism of the tool, the front and rear bearings, etc.
The front end of the main shaft adopts a 7 . . 24 taper hole, which is easy to load and unload the handle and has critical friction torque. The standard nail 5 is tightened in the handle.
When the tool needs to be tightened, the oil chamber of the piston 1 has no oil pressure, and the spring force of the stacked spring 3 moves the piston 1 upward to the position shown.
Pull rod 2 moves upward to the illustrated position under the pressure of spring 3, steel ball 4 is forced to gather, stuck in the ring groove of nail 5, and the nail 5 is tightened upward through the steel ball pull rod, the outer taper surface of the taper handle of the cutter Rod and the inner taper surface of the taper hole of the spindle are pressed against each other so that the cutter handle is stuck on the spindle.
When the handle is relaxed, the hydraulic oil enters the oil chamber of the piston 1, the oil pressure moves the piston 1 down, and the push rod 2 moves down.
At this time, the stacked spring 3 is compressed, and the steel ball 4 moves downward with the nail 5. When the steel ball moves to a large hole diameter of the main shaft, the nail 5 is released, and the tool and the nail 5 can be removed by the manipulator.
When the manipulator loads the new handle, the piston 1 is pressurized by the hydraulic oil in the oil Chamber to tighten the handle.
The handle clamping mechanism uses spring clamping and hydraulic relaxation to ensure that the blade will not loosen itself in case of sudden power failure during work. ?
Compressed air is connected to the upper end of the piston rod hole. When the manipulator pulls the tool out of the main shaft, the compressed air blows the spindle taper hole through the center hole of the piston rod and the tie rod, make the taper surface of the tool handle closely fit with the taper hole of the spindle to ensure the correct positioning of the tool.
Travel switches 7 and 8 are used to send signals to tighten and relax the cutter rod.
