The rolling guide pair of cnc machining lathe is to arrange a rolling body between the guide face to make rolling friction between the guide faces. The rolling guide rail has a small friction coefficient (Generally at 0. 003 or so) , Dynamic and static friction coefficient difference is small, and is almost not affected by motion changes, high positioning accuracy, high sensitivity, good precision retention and other advantages. The rolling guide rails commonly used in modern CNC machine tools include rolling guide blocks and linear rolling guide rails. The linear rolling guide rail is generally assembled by the manufacturer. Its outstanding advantage is that there is no gap. Compared with the general rolling guide rail, it has the following characteristics :(1) With self-adjustment capability, the allowable error of the installation base surface is large; (2)High manufacturing precision; (3) Can run at high speed, the running speed can be greater than 10 m/s; (4)Can maintain high precision for a long time; (5)The load can be preloaded to increase stiffness. The linear rolling guide rail is divided into four Precision grades, namely, Grades 2, 3, 4 and 5, with the highest precision of grade 2 and decreasing in sequence.
